Saturation mailings are the most inexpensive type of targeted direct mail. A saturation list gives you average demographic information per each carrier route inside of a zip code. A carrier route is designated by what a mail carrier can do in a day, often times a carrier route is comprised of one or two large neighborhoods. The demographic information available on a saturation mailing list is average income, home value, age, percentage of homes with children & length of residency.
